What is the best vacuum cleaner for my carpets?

The best vacuum cleaner to use is one that preferably has a brush bar on it.

This can be an upright vacuum with a brush that helps to lift human and dog hair or fine grit up and out of the carpet pile.

Or it would be good if you had a turbo brush head for your tub or pull along vacuum cleaner.

Some people find the upright vacuums to be a bit heavy on their shoulders and arms.

The more grit and hair etc that you can pull out of your carpet the longer your carpets will last.

But you will still need to get your carpets professionally cleaned regularly to keep the appearance acceptable and smelling fresh .
